Thank you Brenda for making the purchase of our first home such a delightful experience. When we decided to buy a house last year it was a only a few short months before the tax credit would end so I was preparing myself for our house hunting to be a fast and stressful time. We looked at 4 houses on our own before we met Brenda. She was amazing from the start. Brenda set up a few houses for us to look at after we discussed what I wanted, needed, and didn't want in a home. The first few were nice, but there seemed to be something I didn't fall in love with. I was beginning to get discouraged that this house wouldn't happen for us in the time frame we needed; Brenda was very supportive and understanding of my feelings and reassured me that my dream home was out there and it was just a matter of finding it. We set up another appointment to look at a group of houses, the first 3 were a no, and again I was feeling discouraged. But again Brenda reassured me that it would be ok and she really felt the last one on our stop would be something I really liked. Boy was she right, I fell in love as soon as I walked in the door. I was so excited, everything about this home was perfect, more than I could have asked for. I called my husband to come and check it out ( I am the picky one so I was the one to please) and of course he fell in love also! Good thing because we had to put out bid in that day and it had be accepted the following day to qualify for the tax credit.
Brenda is such a wonderful and kind person. She really connects with her clients and understands what they are looking for in a home. I am so glad we found Brenda and had the pleasure of working with her. I will always use her in the future and when I hear someone is house hunting I tell them they must use Brenda Kincaid Shrout. |
